Get to know the Ladies of Bachata Sensation Meet Aja Estro Aja Estro, Owner and Founder of Bachata Sensation and Chief Operating Officer of Arvore Enterprises, is an avid entrepreneur, passionate artist and devoted humanitarian. With a Bachelors in Marketing from Florida State University and a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing from University of San Francisco, Aja has focused her professional career on emerging web and social media trends and other marketing channels. Her diverse portfolio includes work in other advertising mediums including radio, newspaper and online magazines. As a former professional ballet dancer, Aja trained intensively under the Vaganova Method, a traditional Russian ballet technique, for over 10 years. Aja also studied ballroom and modern dancing. Due to several dance related injuries, Aja was forced to stop dancing ballet professionally. A few years later, she fell in love with Latin dancing and has been teaching and performing ever since. Her keen focus, self discipline and continuous determination are all outcomes of her lifelong dedication to dance. Aja is one of those dancers Martha Graham would say is “doomed to be an artist”. She has a passion for salsa, mambo, cha cha and Dominican Bachata. Aja is an advocate for the performing arts and an instrumental supporter of arts programs in public schools. Along with her passion for the arts, she is an active volunteer and voice for animal welfare. Inspired by the words of Mahatma Ghandi, “You must be the change you wish to see in the world”, Aja believes that if you want something to happen, you have to make it happen. In her words, “Don’t be a bystander; Take a stand.” Meet Aubrey Griffith-Zill Aubrey Griffith-Zill, Co-Owner of Bachata Sensation, Creator & Chief Communication Officer for RhythmFitness.tv ™ & Arvore Enterprises™, Aubrey embodies a natural sense of art in motion. Her education stems from a wide variety of dance styles. Her unique philosophy, born from a passion in dance, eludes a deep understanding of the unspoken communication between movement and rhythm. She personifies the true harmony of dance and exuberates and a fierce sense of style and personality on and off the dance floor. Aubrey is an active visionary in the Spa & Wellness Industry, gaining recognition as a leader and innovator through her leadership in integrating dance and movement within Spa, Health & Wellness Programs and Retreats. Aubrey is also a professional dancer,dynamic performer and enthusiastic instructor on a global scale. She has an extensive education in many style of dance, former training in styles such as Tap, Clogging, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, hip-hop and more. Aubrey’s specializes in Ballroom & Latin styles such as Mambo, Salsa, Cha Cha and Bachata. Her unique style and blend of the disciplines has captivated audiences around the world and created her reputation as a highly respected teacher in the dance community. A young company member of NCYTE and training with Annie Dwyer, she began her Salsa career as a member of the Cobo Brother Dance Company and has continued to develop a dynamic skill set which makes her one of the most a sought after dance professionals today. Aubrey’s popularity in the Salsa and Bachata world has allowed her to use her business education degree to create Arvore Enterprises™, which specializes in creating exceptional dance events around the world. In addition, her rooted passion in dance, fitness, health and wellness helped guided her to co-create RhythmFitness.tv.
